Brief
The girls at The Annex first approached us for a logo design after seeing a gap in the market for locally produced, top quality scented products, including candles, reed diffusers, wax pearls and brittles.
After having some success and great feedback using the Esty website, they'd decided it was time to launch their own eCommerce website to handle growing sales and demand.
We immediately began collaborating on the build, with the client supplying the copy and contracting a professional photographer to showcase their Winter collection.
The outcome
Meanwhile, we began setting up the new domain name, web hosting package and email accounts.
We used a WordPress platform with the ever-versatile WooCommerce plugin to handle the shop and payment capabilities.
The result was an modern, attractive website with beautiful imagery and an easy customer journey, with the added bonus of discount voucher capabilities and email capture to work automatically with MailChimp, allowing the Annex ladies to promote new collections and flagship products to customers old and new.
